Superintendent - Commercial Sheet Metal Construction in Atlanta, GA

What You'll Do as a Superintendent
- Lead field crews and daily jobsite meetings.
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and manpower.
- Maintain safety and quality standards.
- Communicate with PMs, clients, and subcontractors.
- Keep projects on track and organized.
- 10 years in a construction supervisory role, preferably in sheet metal or HVAC.
- Proven crew and schedule management on commercial job sites.
- Able to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specs.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safety rules and compliance.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Comfortable using digital reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Airtable).
- Overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lead 30-50-man crews.
