All on the Field (AOTF) is seeking State Field Directors to lead paid canvassing programs across multiple states, with relocation required. Each director will oversee 20+ canvassers and be responsible for meeting door-count and quality targets on tight timelines.
You will recruit, train, and manage canvassers and team leads, build staffing plans, and ensure data integrity through spot-checks and fraud prevention.
