- Strategy Formulation & Execution：Develop regional logistics operation strategies and annual business plans. Decompose KPIs across hubs and stations and drive execution to meet corporate business targets.
- Operational Optimization：Continuously optimize regional logistics workflows including warehouse management and transportation dispatching to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor operational metrics and implement timely adjustments.
- Team Building & People Management：Build and train the operation team, establish performance appraisal systems, motivate staff to enhance professional capabilities, resolve internal team issues and strengthen cross‑team collaboration.
- Key Account Management：Maintain regular communication with key regional customers, identify demands and resolve issues. Optimize service solutions based on customer feedback to boost customer satisfaction.
- Hub & Site Management：Oversee planning, setup and upgrade of regional hubs and stations. Manage inventory levels and coordinate cargo transportation and transshipment across sites.
- Compliance & Risk Management：Ensure all operations comply with local US laws and regulations. Identify and mitigate various operational risks.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related fields preferred. Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Minimum 5‑year end‑to‑end logistics / supply‑chain operation management experience, with at least 3 years of regional overall‑management experience. Candidates with only standalone warehouse‑management experience will not be considered.
- Business & Operation Governance:
Ability to independently formulate regional business strategies and targets, oversee full‑cycle implementation and take full accountability for business outcomes. Proficient in end‑to‑end logistics operations, with proven capabilities in lean management, cost control and data‑driven process improvement. - Cross‑functional Coordination & Risk Control:
Experienced in team recruitment, talent pipeline development and performance motivation. Capable of aligning internal and external resources to deliver business goals. Familiar with US local logistics‑related laws and regulations, with solid risk‑awareness and risk‑handling capabilities.
