Carnegie Search is hiring for a Maintenance Manager position in Southeast Atlanta!
This company is a well known business with over 50 locations globally. This is a leadership position that will join the management team of a facility with over 200 full time employees.
The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of Maintenance Technicians with responsibilities across multiple shifts. The successful candidate will leverage a combied data oriented approach with hands on mechanical knowledge to maximize uptime and increase Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).

Job Responsibilities- Lead a team of 15-20 Maintenance Technicians across multiple shifts
- Analyze equipment data, downtime, and failures to predict future performance
- Assist with Inventory Management, Replacement Part Stock, Custom Tooling /Tool Design, etc.
- Manage team, interview new hires, lead performance management of the maintenance team
- Participate in new Capital Equipment Reviews. Select New Equipment. Help Project Management installations, etc.
- Previous experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting
- Hands on mechanical knowledge
- Experience in a Chemical Processing, Consumer Products, Pulp and Paper, or other similar industry preferred but not required
- Desire to join an executive leadership team
