Manager Position at Charleys Philly Steaks
We are seeking a highly qualified Manager to assist in the daily operations of our Charleys Philly Steaks store located in the Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. As a Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications- Proven experience as a Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the food service industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience with inventory management software
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Oversee daily operations of the store
- Lead and motivate a team of employees
- Manage inventory and maintain financial records
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Drive sales growth and increase profitability
