We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Director of Learning & Development to join our team.

Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

YOUR TEAM.

The Director of Learning & Development will be responsible for Cohn Reznick University
, our enterprise learning organization, which spans Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Practice management globally. The Director will spearhead a future-ready L&D strategy – integrating AI-enabled learning design and analytics
, advancing enterprise-wide AI adoption and upskilling
, and ensuring our programs meet the highest professional standards. This position reports to the Chief People Officer and collaborates extensively with business leaders and the People & Culture team to drive a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and inclusivity.

As a key leader in our People & Culture organization, you will shape and expand Cohn Reznick’s learning ecosystem and team. You will lead a global high-performing L&D team to deliver impactful learning experiences  will partner with executives and HR colleagues to align learning initiatives with strategic business goals, ensuring our workforce develops the critical skills, leadership capabilities, and agility needed in a dynamic professional services environment.

You will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on talent development,
embedding responsible AI practices into our learning culture and championing innovation in how we develop our people.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Learning & Development Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy as part of an integrated talent development plan. Continuously evolve the strategy to meet emerging business needs, future-of-work trends, and the opportunities of AI in learning.
• Cohn Reznick University Leadership:
  Build and lead the L&D team and strengthen Cohn Reznick University’s brand as a center of excellence for learning. Foster an inclusive learning culture where every employee is empowered to grow and leaders actively develop their teams.
• AI-Enabled Learning & Analytics:
  Integrate advanced technologies and AI into learning solutions (e.g., personalized learning pathways, adaptive learning…
