Position Summary
The Director of Operations leads all corporate operations of CSG Advisors, overseeing Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Compliance, Administration, and Corporate Services. This executive leadership role is responsible for translating the firm's strategic objectives into scalable systems, documented processes, and measurable operational performance.
Working in close partnership with the Co-CEOs and CFO, the Director of Operations ensures the firm's corporate functions operate as an integrated organization enabling firm leadership to focus on clients, strategic growth, and business development while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
The Director of Operations is accountable for the performance, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of all corporate operations, ensuring the firm has the infrastructure, processes, and support necessary to achieve its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership- Execute the firm's operational strategy while leading all corporate operations and support functions
- Build scalable processes, systems, and organizational infrastructure
- Establish KPIs and operational dashboards and lead continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects

- Oversee monthly invoicing operations, accounts receivable processes, vendor administration, and operational spending

- Oversee software licensing, access management, computer inventory, documentation, and technology governance

- Collaborate with Director of Finance on financial system decisions (Quick Books Online, Payroll, etc.)
