The GRO Fund builds bold, evidence-based, and community-driven solutions to address racial income and wealth divides in Georgia. Our flagship program, In Her Hands, provides a monthly, no-strings-attached income supplement to nearly 1,000 women across Georgia. Freedom Futures, our accelerated Baby Bonds pilot, blends monthly income support, financial advising, and an investable sum for 50 young adults. We are a staff of 10, operating with an annual budget of approximately $3-5 million.
Over the next three years, we anticipate expanding our program portfolio to match the ambitions of our updated 2026 strategy.
Description:
The GRO Fund is seeking a Senior Director of Program Innovation to serve as GRO's most senior programmatic leader and member of the leadership team. This is a high-impact role for a rigorous, solutions-oriented practitioner who can hold two things at once: ensuring that GRO's existing programs run with excellence and meet participants’ needs, while building the innovation and learning infrastructure to drive the organization’s new strategy.
The salary for this position is $120,000-$155,000, with eligibility for an annual performance bonus. The GRO Fund also offers a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance; paid parental leave; generous PTO; a monthly cell phone stipend; and retirement.
