EON.io is seeking a Regional Director to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the U.S. You will own GTM strategy, pipeline quality, and forecast integrity, while shaping the sales culture and qualification standards including MEDDPICC and the 3 Whys.
You will recruit and develop top performers, drive net-new logos and expansions, partner with Marketing, CS, and Product, and ensure consistent outbound pipeline with 4–5x coverage. Travel 30–50%.
