Position Summary:
The Executive, Professional and Online EPOMBA Program office seeks an Associate Director of EPOMBA Alumni Engagement & Rankings to lead a high‑impact function at the intersection of alumni relations, data strategy, and global rankings performance. This role builds lifelong relationships with EPOMBA graduates while designing and executing a data‑driven strategy that strengthens the school’s position in leading EPOMBA rankings (Financial Times, QS, U.S. News & World Report, Bloomberg Business week).
This is a highly visible, cross‑functional leadership role that connects alumni engagement directly to institutional reputation, requiring both strategic thinking and operational excellence.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience.

Competencies:
- Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of EPOMBA rankings methodologies (Financial Times, QS, U.S. News, Bloomberg).
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., GAIL, SLATE) and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Design and lead a comprehensive EPOMBA alumni engagement strategy.
- Oversee alumni communications, digital platforms, and engagement campaigns to drive participation and connection.
- Build and support regional alumni chapters and volunteer leadership structures.
- Serve as a point of contact for alumni relations within the EPOMBA program.
Percentage of time: 25%
Rankings Strategy & Execution- Own end‑to‑end coordination of EPOMBA rankings submissions, with a focus on alumni‑driven metrics.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve survey response rates, data quality, and alumni participation.
- Translate rankings methodologies into actionable engagement and data collection plans.
- Partner across EPOMBA to align rankings strategy with program priorities.
Percentage of time: 25%
Alumni Data & Analytics- Lead the design and administration of alumni surveys capturing career outcomes, satisfaction, and program impact.
- Oversee data integrity across CRM systems, survey tools, and reporting platforms.
- Build dashboards and reports tracking key rankings metrics (salary growth, career progression, alumni satisfaction).
- Generate insights and recommendations to inform program improvements and rankings positioning.
Percentage of time: 20%
Events & Programming Oversight- Oversee the planning and execution of high‑impact alumni events (reunions, networking, thought leadership).
- Ensure programming aligns with engagement and data collection goals.
- Evaluate event effectiveness using participation and feedback data.
Percentage of time: 20%
Cross‑Functional Leadership- Collaborate closely with EPOMBA Career Management to track employment outcomes and alumni career trajectories.
- Partner with Institutional Research on data governance and reporting standards.
- Work with TDAR to align engagement with fundraising strategies.
- Coordinate with Marketing & Communications to amplify alumni success stories.
