We are looking for an energetic, professional Overnight Valet Garage Supervisor to lead our team at the prestigious Westin Buckhead . - Lead the Shift: Oversee nightly valet operations, manage staffing levels, and resolve escalated operational or guest issues quickly.
- Prioritize Safety:
Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Step in to carefully move and park vehicles to minimize accidents. - Manage Logistics:
Keep the garage perfectly organized and meticulously track all keys and vehicles. - Set the Standard:
Lead by example with an upbeat attitude, maintain a sharp uniform appearance, and ensure the team adheres to VPNE guidelines. - Coach & Motivate:
Foster a high-energy workplace. Encourage team members to deliver welcoming experiences (smiling, greeting, and assisting) to every guest. - Shift Handover:
Communicate clearly with incoming and outgoing shifts to review layouts and team plans.
- Experience:
Required prior hotel valet experience. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly preferred. - Driving
Skills:
Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record. Proficiency driving a stick shift / manual transmission is strictly required. - Background Check:
Ability to pass RMV and criminal background screenings. - Personality:
Friendly, outgoing, and upbeat with a strong work ethic. - Communication:
Fully proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. - Physical Demands:
Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to run/move quickly, stand for long periods, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
