I'm partnering with an established insurance organization seeking a Group Customer Care Manager to lead operations supporting group life and health insurance products.
This is a leadership role overseeing:- Group onboarding and implementation
- EDI and enrollment administration
- Billing, payment processing, and policy administration
- Claims customer service and account management
- Process improvement initiatives and operational excellence
- Team development, coaching, and performance management
- Experience leading group insurance operations teams
- Background in group life and/or health insurance administration
- Strong knowledge of billing, enrollment, claims, and policy administration
- Experience managing customer relationships and escalated service issues
- Process improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma, workflow optimization a plus)
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
