Director, Execution and Transformation Services
Location: Kaiser Permanente Regional Office
The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is one of Georgia’s largest independent, physician-owned, multi-specialty medical groups. More than 700 physicians and 300 associate practitioners work together in a unique integrated care model to provide high-quality care to Kaiser Permanente members. Our focus is on long-term health, effective prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of disease.
The Director, Execution and Transformation Services provides functional leadership for the Medical Group’s Execution and Transformation Services, overseeing the operational implementation and management of strategic initiatives, projects, and transformation activities. This role leads digital transformation, business transformation, performance improvement, and project management services while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic goals. In partnership with physician leadership, SSD, IT, and business and operational leaders, the Director identifies and implements technology-enabled solutions, including digital tools, workflow automation, analytics, and AI capabilities.
The Director also provides oversight of a portfolio of strategic initiatives, drives organizational accountability, and develops high-performing teams focused on successful execution and measurable results.
- Oversees the Execution and Transformation Office for the Medical Group.
- Leads regional business and digital transformation efforts and project management.
- Provides accountability to senior leadership regarding performance, progress, priorities, and results.
- Serves as a liaison to Health Plan, TSPMG leaders, and operational teams within areas of accountability.
- Participates on cross-departmental and cross-regional teams to align priorities and successfully execute strategic initiatives.
- Prepares responses to Regional or Program Office requests and communicates strategies, progress, recommendations, and results to senior management.
- Develops and executes a comprehensive digital transformation strategy in partnership with SSD and physician leadership to advance operational efficiency, user experience, automation, and organizational performance.
- Identifies, prioritizes, and implements technology-enabled solutions, including digital tools, workflow automation, analytics, and AI capabilities.
- Partners with clinical, business, and operational leaders to modernize processes, improve outcomes, and increase adoption of digital solutions.
- Leads enterprise transformation initiatives designed to improve organizational effectiveness, care delivery, service performance, and employee experience.
- Provides oversight of a portfolio of strategic initiatives, including prioritization, resource management, risk mitigation, and benefits realization.
- Establishes consistent processes, governance, accountability, performance measures, dashboards, and operating review processes to monitor progress and accelerate results.
- Leads, develops, and mentors a high-performing team while building enterprise capabilities in digital transformation, project delivery, change leadership, and strategic execution.
- Provides leadership, direction, performance management, and professional development for assigned staff.
