Job Summary (List Format):

• Manage multiple projects/programs within security, fire alarm, or construction environments.
• Oversee and coordinate procurement, materials management, and inventory tracking.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize Division 28 systems knowledge, including CCTV, access control, and life safety systems.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Identify project risks and constraints, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with National, State, or Local codes, including obtaining and retaining necessary certifications and licenses.
• Apply strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
• Use project management tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, or similar platforms for tracking project progress and deliverables.
• Maintain a strong customer focus, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution to achieve business objectives.
