YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles

Prior experience in a leadership or director-level role Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving business objectives

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the business analysis and planning function, driving strategic planning and analysis initiatives

Develop and implement business strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities

Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute business plans

Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data driven insights

Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvement

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis and planning activities

Lead and develop a high performing team of business analysts and planners
