Weseeka dynamic and experienced Principal in the digital product space with a strong business and/or technology consulting background. The ideal candidate will have a proven track recordof successfully leading and managing complex engagements,demonstratingexpertisein product and advisory capacities. The Principal willbe responsible for fostering trusted relationships with clients and team members, ensuring project outcomes, and driving growth in both internal and external networks.

• Delivery and Engagement Leadership
• Lead and manage complexproductdelivery engagements,demonstratinga deep understanding of business and technology consulting principles, and ensuring alignment with client goals and Slalom’s delivery standards .
• Take ownership ofproduct and project outcomes, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Provide subject matterexpertiseanddeliveryacross the product lifecycle from strategy development through execution.

• Lead and inspire high-performing Slalom teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Coach and mentor team members in the areas of productexpe rtise,consulting and business management principles.

• Establish andmaintaintrusted relationships with clients, understanding theirneedsand creating and delivering strategic solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to achieve project objectives and desired outcomes.

• Support t he capability operational health including maximizingstaffability, capability financial health, and people processes.
• Execute onbest practices tooptimizeinternal processes and drive operational excellence.

• 8+ years of experience in the digital product space, with a focus on business and/or technology consulting.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proven track recordof successfully growing others.
• Product and Advisory Expertise
• Deep knowledge of digital product strategy,development and advisory services.
• Ability toprovidestrategic guidance to clients and internal teams through product lifecycle decisions, from concept to launch and iteration
• Ability to use AI-powered tools and techniques to accelerateproduct strategy and delivery throughout the product life cycle

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build andmaintaintrusted relationships with clients and team members.
