ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Health & Safety (Biosafety Focus) based in Ewing, New Jersey, to lead biosafety programs for BSL‑1/BSL‑2 labs with strong BSL‑3 experience preferred. The role influences biosafety governance, training, audits, and risk management across biotechnology and high‑tech environments.
You will mentor consultants, partner with account teams, and drive client value while ensuring safety culture and program excellence. International travel up to 70% may be required.
