Production Manager

Oversee the production operations on a day-to-day basis, guaranteeing smooth and efficient production process implementation, optimizing productivity and minimizing the costs. The ultimate goal is to execute production deliverables of maximum quality in a profitable manner.

YOUR SCOPE

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Oversee and coach employees and ensure the safe use of equipment, as well as the regular maintenance.
• Check production output according to specifications.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Drive quality control initiatives and ensure delivery.
• Working with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
• Working closely with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth operations and meet business objectives.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years experience with project management activities and strong technical expertise.
• Confirmed Experience in Blowing, Packaging and Tooling Portfolio.
• Ability to read and interpret Engineering document such as packaging and mold assembly dwg.
• Good Manufacturing Practices for machining industry.
• Overall knowledge for machining and parts manufacturing technologies.
• Quality control requirements knowledge / Laboratory standards, regulations & policy knowledge.
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
