Quickparts is hiring a Junior Program Manager to support the coordination and execution of custom manufacturing projects. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects on track, manage information across multiple systems, and ensure a positive, on-time experience for our customers.

Project Execution & Communication
- Track project progress, coordinating with production teams to meet deadlines
- Provide regular production updates to customers, ensuring expectations are managed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues and develop effective solutions
Manage data across multiple systems to ensure a positive customer experience
Logistics & Customer Satisfaction
- Oversee product shipment to help ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customer requirements
- Gather customer feedback post-delivery to assess satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities
- 1–2 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or a related industry
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (experience with 3D printing, CNC machining, or injection molding is a plus but not required)
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience managing RFQs, quotes, and vendor communication is preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems is a plus
