Salary: $80,000/year
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations across our production facilities. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a background in food manufacturing who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
The Production Supervisor will oversee production teams, ensuring safety, product quality, efficiency, and compliance with all food safety and regulatory standards. This position is a key player in driving performance, fostering teamwork, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do- Lead and supervise production teams to meet daily targets and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards.
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability across both production buildings.
- Monitor production metrics (yield, downtime, efficiency, waste) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with QA, Maintenance, Sanitation, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Train, coach, and develop employees to support growth and performance.
- Enforce company policies and ensure consistent application of standards.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or related production environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and manufacturing best practices.
- Knowledge of KPIs/OEE and process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Comfortable working in a cold, fast‑paced environment (38-45°F).
- Must be available to work Sundays and flexible hours as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
Business Central experience a plus. - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
