Production Manager (Truss Manufacturing | Growing Operation + Adding 2nd Shift)
A high-performing component manufacturing operation ($12M-$14M in volume) is scaling and we’re looking for a Production Manager to help lead the floor as we add a second shift and ramp throughput, safety, and quality.
If you love building teams, tightening processes, and delivering a product that quite literally holds up the roof, this is for you.
What you’ll own:- Lead daily production across one (soon two) shifts: staffing, scheduling, output, and efficiency
- Drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery through standard work and strong floor leadership
- Coach supervisors/leads and build a culture of accountability + continuous improvement
- Coordinate with design, sales, maintenance, and yard/delivery for seamless execution
✅ Hands-on leadership in manufacturing / truss / components / prefab
✅ Experience running two shifts (or scaling into it)
✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
✅ Familiarity with MiTek SAPPHIRE is a plus (design-to-production workflows are a big advantage)
