Quality Assurance - QA/QC
Key Responsibilities
Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to approved recipes and batch sheets
Operate mixing tanks, pumps, and related production equipment
Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and ingredient flow to ensure product quality
Perform quality checks (color, viscosity, flavor, and consistency) during and after mixing
Record batch data, ingredient usage, and production results accurately
Clean and sanitize mixing equipment and work areas following SOPs and GMPs
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
Report equipment malfunctions, product deviations, or safety issues to supervisors
Assist with raw material handling and inventory rotation (FIFO)
Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing is an advantage
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Ability to read and follow recipes, batch records, and safety procedures
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards
Teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to stand for long periods
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
Work in a warm, wet, or noisy manufacturing environment
Shift-based work, including nights, weekends, or overtime as required
Adherence to GMP, HACCP, and company safety policies is man

Pay Range:$62,150 - $75,962
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
