Food Safety QA Supervisor- 1st Shift

FSQA Supervisor

Location: Two production buildings (within walking distance)
Schedule: Sunday – Friday | Start time 6:30 AM
Reports to: FSQA Director

Royal Fresh Cuts is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic FSQA Supervisor to lead food safety and quality operations across two facilities. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a cold, fast‑paced fresh‑produce manufacturing environment.

• HACCP Certification (Required)
• SQF Practitioner (Required)
• PCQI Certification (Required)
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
• 5+ years leadership experience in food manufacturing (QA/Food Safety)
• Experience managing multiple buildings
• Must be available to work Sundays and start at 6:30 AM
• Strong English communication skills (Bilingual in Spanish preferred)

• Oversee FSQA staff and daily quality operations in both buildings
• Maintain HACCP, SQF, and Food Safety Plans
• Lead audits, environmental monitoring, and regulatory compliance
• Manage product disposition (Hold/Release/Reject)
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Train and develop QA team members
• Partner with Production and Warehouse to drive food safety culture

• Cold (34–38°F), wet, fast‑paced manufacturing setting
• Exposure to equipment and sanitation chemicals
• Standing/walking for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
