Atlanta, Georgia – Community Punch Tech

Columbia Residential is seeking an Experienced Professional Community Punch Tech in the Metro Atlanta Area.

Reports to Community Manager and Community Service Supervisor:

• The Community Punch Technician / Community Punch Manager is responsible for vacant apartment turn to include:
• Turnkey operations, punch items, preventative maintenance, and quality control of outside contractors.
• Schedule vendors to complete turnkey operations.
• Ensure timely completion of vacant unit turns.
• Guide community management staff on maintenance-related issues as needed.
• Resolve complex issues as it relates to maintenance work orders.
• Must be hands‑on; assist in the completion of work orders.
• Identify areas in need of improvement and make recommendations.
• Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects, able to prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Various tasks as it relates to maintenance operations.
• Will be in rotation for On‑Call Duty.

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Technical school preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1‑year previous maintenance experience.
• Must have own tools.
• Must maintain a reliable vehicle.
• Must have strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions for extended periods.
