We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about gaining hands‑on experience in the production industry and eager to learn the foundational aspects of producing high‑quality content.

• Assist with setting up and breaking down production equipment before and after shoots.
• Support the production team by managing and organizing props, costumes, and other materials.
• Coordinate communication among team members to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Help manage daily schedules and call sheets to keep production on track.
• Run errands and deliver necessary items to different departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in film, media, or communications is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as production requires.
• Basic technical knowledge of production equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
