This is a full-time, on-site Welder role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Welder will be responsible for various types of welding operations, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to create and repair high-quality signage products. Additional responsibilities include the selection and preparation of materials, adhering to safety standards, and collaborating with team members to ensure the timely production of our durable signage products.

• Proficiency in welding techniques such as Arc Welding, MIG Welding, and TIG Welding
• Ability to work with various materials, ensuring quality and precision
• Familiarity with interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail, focus on safety, and ability to meet project deadlines
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is a plus
• Welding certification or relevant vocational training is preferred
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace
