Finisher, Production Manager, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Overview

As a Finisher Supervisor in our Atlanta-based factory you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the finishing process of our products. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and strong leadership skills to ensure that our products meet quality standards. You will work closely with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.

This position offers a salary of $1200 per month and visa sponsorship for qualified foreigners.

• Train, supervise, and evaluate finishers in their daily tasks.
• Monitor productivity levels and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Ensure that finished products meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot any issues with the finishing process or equipment.
• Communicate with the production team to coordinate workflow.
• Order necessary materials for the finishing process.
• Maintain inventory of finished products and materials used in the finishing process.
• Implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in the finishing process.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Finisher or similar role.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of finishing techniques and materials.
• Ability to train and supervise a team.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
• Must be eligible for visa sponsorship.
