NOW HIRING: POWDER COATER / PAINT LINE LABORER (Temp-to-Hire)

Looking for a reliable, long-term industrial career with great hours? Chase Staffing is immediately hiring skilled and motivated Paint Line Laborers for a premier light industrial client in Lithia Springs/Fulton Industrial!

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Location:

Fulton Industrial / Lithia Springs, GA

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

Overtime:
Friday shifts available based on production demands

• Hang various metal parts carefully onto the moving paint and assembly line.
• Safely remove finished, coated parts from the line upon completion.
• Accurately track, count, and log production parts coming off the paint line.
• Palletize completed products and securely prepare them for outbound shipping.
• Inspect finished parts closely for defects to maintain strict quality standards.

• Ability to stand comfortably for the duration of a 10+ hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Comfortable working in a high-activity, non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to see details at a close range.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Steel-toe footwear is strictly required.

• Previous experience working on a fast-paced paint line or assembly line.
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
