This full‑time, first‑shift Assembly Technician role in Roswell, GA focuses on the precise assembly, maintenance, and testing of jet engines and related systems in a new, state‑of‑the‑art aerospace manufacturing facility. You will work closely with engineers and fellow technicians to build and service advanced engine components, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and reliability for cutting‑edge applications, including unmanned aerial vehicles.

• Assemble, install, test, and repair jet engine components and systems according to detailed technical specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and functional checks on jet engine equipment.
• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot issues with engine systems to identify root causes and implement effective repairs.
• Read, interpret, and follow technical manuals, engineering drawings, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and repair work.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement, refine, and improve testing and validation procedures.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of maintenance, repair, test results, and any modifications performed.
• Ensure full compliance with all safety regulations, ITAR requirements, and applicable aerospace industry standards.
• Operate and maintain specialized tools, fixtures, and test equipment required for engine assembly and repair.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles where possible to improve efficiency and quality in the assembly process.
• Support production goals by working effectively as part of a cross‑functional team in a high‑precision manufacturing environment.

The pay range for this position is $52,000 - $62,000 per year.
