• Follow manufacturing procedures and guidelines to perform various production tasks, including loading materials into machines and sorting products.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste, and clean production equipment and work areas.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment, including making necessary adjustments for changeovers.
• Visually inspect materials and products, making minor adjustments as needed.
• Perform package integrity tests and assist forklift drivers with pallet issues.
• Identify and report product or machine problems to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor computer terminals and client screens.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and communicate instructions in English.
• Experience in a manufacturing/food production environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing.
• Valid forklift license with safe and efficient operation skills.

• Forklift experience is preferred.
• High mechanical aptitude with the ability to sequence equipment for start-up and shutdown.
