Job Overview

Position:
Forklift Operator – Manufacturing Facility.

• Move product to and from trucks, racks, and assigned locations.
• Perform required cleaning and sanitation duties to meet GMP standards.
• Operate portable computer terminal and laser scanning device to accurately record product movements by item number, lot code, location, and truck number.
• Execute inventory transactions in warehouse management systems and SAP.
• Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventory activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations, warehouse organization, and monitor stock levels; communicate shortages or overages.
• Support month‑end inventory reconciliation activities and continuous improvement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
• Perform pre‑operation forklift inspection and demonstrate safety compliance.
• Support The Coca‑Cola Company’s safety initiatives and policies.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator license or certification prior to driving a lift truck.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).
• Ability to work 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts or other schedules, including overtime as required.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. and 10 feet or more.
• Certification on the training plan within 60 working days of start date.

Full benefits package starting on day one of employment.

Base pay: $56,700 – $76,700 per annum, variable by location and experience.
