Position SummaryWe are seeking a driven Process Engineer with a strong manufacturing background, preferably in a chemical or process-driven environment. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives focused on operational excellence, production efficiency, and process optimization through the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Total Process Improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and throughput
- Manage and execute Lean and Six Sigma projects, including Kaizen events and value stream mapping
- Analyze operational and production data to identify inefficiencies and determine root causes
- Develop and implement solutions to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality
- Partner cross-functionally with production, supply chain, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure sustainable process improvements
- Support strategic planning efforts related to plant operations and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field required with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (chemical manufacturing preferred)
- Lean and/or Six Sigma certification required
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, cost reduction, and process improvement
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Hands‑on experience with Lean tools such as Kaizen, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis
- Experience in chemical or process manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated progression toward leadership roles in plant operations
