Superior Rigging and Erecting is seeking an experienced Structural Steel Fabrication Superintendent to lead our fabrication operations in Atlanta.

This is not simply a welding or fabrication leadership role. We are looking for a proven fabrication leader who can oversee shop operations, manage production schedules, develop employees, maintain quality standards, and drive accountability throughout the shop.

The successful candidate will be expected to step into an established operation, lead with minimal direction, and partner closely with our Fabrication Manager to ensure fabricated steel components are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

If you have successfully managed structural steel fabrication shops, developed fabrication personnel, solved production challenges, and built high‑performing teams, we want to hear from you.

Since 1952, Superior Rigging and Erecting has supported complex crane, rigging, heavy hauling, steel erection, and specialty construction projects throughout the Southeast.
