Material Handler, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to support our manufacturing areas by ensuring timely and accurate handling of materials and products. This role is critical in maintaining efficient operations and following established guidelines for material movement within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all material movement to stock, including dock-to-stock, material requisition orders (MRO), printed circuit boards (PCB), floor returns, and conducting system transactions using scanners or computers
Issue all material from stock, including transfers, kits, manual pulls, highly marketable parts (HMP), and system transactions via scanner or computer
Ensure accuracy by performing all transactions correctly and verifying as necessary
Complete cycle counts as needed to maintain inventory accuracy
Keep assigned area clean and organized at all times
Adhere to all safety and health rules and use required protective equipment
Follow company security policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic computer and scanner skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
