Overview

Technician work teams are responsible for keeping production flowing and performing various types of work in several departmental areas:
Packaging, Blending, Logistics. Technicians are responsible for operating production lines, change-overs, keeping production flowing, meeting performance goals, and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products.

• Loading and unloading trucks as part of the listed responsibilities
• Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-speed making, packing and other production related equipment
• Using basic hand and power tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, drills, grinders, etc.
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
• Getting involved, taking charge of situations, demonstrating ownership, confronting business-related problems and continuously improving equipment and processes
• Following all safety and good manufacturing practices as detailed in plant procedures
• Overtime may be required

• Prefer individuals with at least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• You must be 18 year or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent, pass a drug screen, physical and background check.

12 Hour Night Shift 7:00pm-7
