Production Associate / Production Line, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

Salary Range: $20.50 To $20.50 Hourly
Responsibilities- Keeping production flowing
- Maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high‑speed making, packing and other production related equipment
- Using basic hand and power tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, drills, grinders, etc.
- Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
- Technicians are expected to get involved, take charge of situations, demonstrate ownership, confront business‑related problems and continuously improve the equipment and processes
- Technicians are responsible for following all safety and good manufacturing practices as detailed in plant procedures
- Must be able to work overtime
Prefer individuals with at least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment. You must be 18 years or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent, pass a drug screen, physical and background check.
