Windows Manufacturing Company - Baldwin, GA

• Cut flat glass using patterns, measurements, and glass cutting tools.
• Measure, mark, and inspect glass for accuracy and quality.
• Break away excess glass and smooth rough edges as needed.
• Pack glass onto racks for production or customer shipment.
• Maintain accurate piece counts and complete work orders on time.
• Follow all safety procedures and communicate with supervisors and team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with production glass equipment preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to use hand tools and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused.

Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
