• Follow manufacturing procedures to perform tasks such as loading materials into machines, sorting products, and disposing of waste.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment, including making necessary adjustments during changeovers.
• Inspect incoming materials and outgoing products, perform package integrity tests, and assist with pallet and wrapper issues.
• Identify and report any product or machine issues using plant communication systems.
• Monitor computer terminals and screens to ensure smooth operations.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and communicate instructions in English.
• Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as stooping, lifting 50 pounds, bending, and standing.
• Valid forklift license and ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

• Forklift experience.
• High mechanical aptitude with knowledge of automated equipment operation.
