Production Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee facility-wide manufacturing operations. You will lead a diverse team, drive process efficiency, manage costs, and ensure strict safety and regulatory compliance.

• Daily Operations & Costs: Direct daily production schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor process controls and manufacturing costs.

• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and motivate a diverse workforce, meeting regularly with staff to set goals and monitor progress.

• Food Safety & Compliance: Manage regulatory compliance, review QA/production records, and execute corrective action plans for quarterly Food Safety audits.

• Safety & Maintenance: Enforce safety protocols, ensure timely accident reporting, and coordinate with maintenance on equipment breakdowns.

• 5+ years of plant or production management experience.

• Mandatory background in food manufacturing.

• Direct experience with portion-control packaging equipment and processing machinery.

• Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse employee base.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
