Join our Valves Team. We provide industry‑leading products and services in the valve industry. We are looking for a Lead Manufacturing Specialist – Shopfloor operations to coordinate and expedite complete manufacturing and shopfloor operations according to production schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight and management of front‑line manufacturing employees (typically managing hourly employee populations).
  • Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
  • Handle standardized manufacturing processes and provide guidelines for choosing the right actions.
  • Implement processes and procedures that are frequently updated by other functions within the department.
  • Lead a manufacturing shop floor operation (shift‑based).
  • Responsible for daily KPI metrics of the shop floor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s in Mechanical Engineering / Production / Industrial from an accredited university or college.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in planning in a project factory; experience in the valve industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers.
  • Ability to learn new products and business areas quickly.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex working environment.
  • Self‑starter, proactively identifying and solving problems.
Working Conditions

Full‑time regular office‑based role with standard timings from 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
