Machine Operator shift

Machine Operator - 12 hr. shift (7:00pm to 7:30am)

Full Time — Atlanta, GA

Salary Range: $20.50 Hourly

Entry Level Technicians/ Machine Operators are hired as members of a high-performance work team. Technicians are capable of operating several operational systems (several pieces of equipment) that are part of an entire manufacturing, process or warehousing system.

• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as required.
• Comply with Sunny Delight Beverage’s policies and procedures.
• Capable of performing routine operations with minimum supervision.
• Operate production lines, keep production flowing and meet performance goals.
• Maintain a high level of quality that consumers expect from our products. Visually check to ensure consistent quality.
• Operate basic hand and power tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, drills, grinders, etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Make minor equipment adjustments and changeovers or setups.
• Take ownership, demonstrate leadership, address business-related problems, and continuously improve equipment and processes.
• Perform basic cleaning, inspection and lubrication of the equipment operated.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned (subject to change).

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong technical, interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills
• 2 or more years of machine operating experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
• Basic computer knowledge
