Production Manager

PRODUCTION MANAGER for a SPECIALTY CHEMICAL PLANT near ATLANTA (also in SC and Northeast). Mandatory must possess related experience with a BS or MS ChE degree, leadership experience, and must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Responsible for Production, streamlined stream time, quality, yields, environmental health and safety (EHS) behaviors.
• Develop and manage production planning and scheduling.
• Ensure environmental, safety, and process‑safety compliance.
• Continuously improve processes, optimize, and increase efficiencies.
• Lead by example and develop subordinates.
• Implement quality assurance and uphold integrity.
• Achieve cost savings without jeopardizing mandatory mandates.
• Must possess knowledge of PLC/DCS control systems.

• B.S. (mandatory) or M.S. in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Must have mandatory specialty chemical manufacturing experience (batch, reactors, distillation).
• Must have mandatory at least 5 years supervisory experience.
• Must possess mandatory leadership experience.
• Must possess mandatory knowledge of PLC/DCS control systems.
