Aerotek is seeking a Pipefitter for a contract role based out of Atlanta, GA, with work conducted in a shipyard in Southeast Virginia. The ideal candidate will interpret ship piping drawings and fit carbon steel, CRES, and copper nickel piping, while using Portsmouth Machine for end prep and various hand tools.
Responsibilities include reading drawings, installing pipe hangers, bending and fitting pipes, and fabricating assemblies from drawings.
