Production Coordinator

Judge Direct Placement is working with a growing food manufacturing company specializing in edible oil production is seeking a highly organized and dependable Production Supervisor to join its operations team. This position is ideal for an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in food and beverage production who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams to success.

• Lead daily production activities in a food manufacturing environment.
• Supervise and mentor production employees to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
• Coordinate workflow, staffing, and production schedules.
• Monitor production performance and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, sanitation, and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
• Maintain accurate production records and reporting.

• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing required.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or production lead experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated job stability and consistent work history.
• Ability to lead teams and drive results in a manufacturing environment.
  
  Degree preferred but not required.
• Strong Production Leads with demonstrated leadership potential will be considered.
