** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate front-end loader equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, and stockpile materials.
* Perform pre-operational inspections and basic equipment maintenance checks.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following company safety standards.
* Support plant production by supplying materials and assisting with daily operational needs.
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.##
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production, mining, construction, or industrial environment.
* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
* Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify routine maintenance needs.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced work environment.
* Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and complete tasks efficiently.##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.##
** What We Offer*** $21.50-$23.00 per hour
