Production Planner
Atlanta Metro Area | On-Site
Full-Time
Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 / DOE
Printed Circuits Corp (PCC) is a fast-growing, U.S.
-based Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider supporting medical, aerospace, defense, industrial, and other high-reliability OEM customers. As we continue to scale production volume and complexity, we are seeking a Production Planner to drive realistic schedules, balance capacity, and ensure on-time delivery across our manufacturing operations.
This is a hands-on, on-site role that works closely with Operations, Materials, Engineering, and Quality to keep production flowing smoothly.
What You’ll Do- Develop, maintain, and execute daily and weekly production schedules for SMT, THT, box build, and test
- Release and manage work orders, routings, and priorities to meet customer delivery commitments
- Balance capacity, labor, and machine availability across multiple production lines
- Coordinate with Materials & Supply Chain to ensure component availability and minimize shortages
- Work closely with Process, Quality, and Test Engineering to support NPI, first articles, and schedule changes
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules in real time to address constraints or disruptions
- Track and report on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and throughput metrics
- Support production meetings and communicate priorities clearly to floor leadership
- Assist with forecasting, backlog management, and load leveling
- Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and execution
- 3 years of experience as a Production Planner, Master Scheduler, or Manufacturing Planner in an EMS or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing workflows (SMT, PCBA, box build)
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems for scheduling and work order management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator comfortable working across production, materials, and engineering teams
- Proficiency in Excel and planning tools
- Experience in ISO 9001 / AS9100 environments preferred
- Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- No H-1B or other visa sponsorship is available for this role
