Schedule:
Standard hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, but flexibility is required as operations run from 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. 5+ Months Contract (temp to hire)
The role is dedicated to managing a high-volume retail print center while supporting the Senior Site Manager in leading a team of four additional FTEs. Candidates must have hands-on print production experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with both operational and leadership responsibilities. Office experience is required. The candidate able to lift 50 pound boxes, able to stand for long periods of time.

-Previous leadership or supervisory experience The hiring manager is looking for an employee with strong expertise in Microsoft applications, file formatting, graphic design, and document production. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), have experience working with various file formats (PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc.), and possess the ability to create, edit, and prepare high-quality graphics, images, and print-ready files.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and large-format printing or high production environments is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Operate high-volume digital and wide-format printers.
- Prepare, edit, and format print-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Perform lamination, finishing, and document production.
- Manage multiple print jobs while meeting quality and deadline requirements.
- Troubleshoot print equipment and production issues.
- Support the Site Manager with daily print center operations.
- Lead, train, and assist team members with workflow and production.
- Coordinate customer print requests and ensure excellent service.
- Monitor inventory and order production supplies.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, payroll/timekeeping, and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and company procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of commercial or retail print production experience.
- Experience with high-volume digital printing.
- Wide-format printing experience.
- Lamination and print finishing experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Fiery print servers.
- Knowledge of file formats such as PDF, JPEG, PNG, and print-ready document preparation.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
