We are currently seeking a Fabrication Technician to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving mechanical challenges, and contributing to the production of industry-leading equipment.
As a Fabrication Technician, you will play a key role in transforming engineering concepts into finished products. Every day brings a variety of tasks, from reading blueprints and fabricating components to troubleshooting production issues and supporting assembly operations. This is more than a production role. It is an opportunity to apply technical skills, develop new capabilities, and work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
Successful candidates will have experience in fabrication, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. You should be comfortable operating fabrication equipment, using precision measuring tools, and maintaining the high standards of quality that DBS Manufacturing is known for. While welding may occasionally be required, the primary focus of this position is fabrication, assembly support, problem-solving, and producing quality work that meets customer expectations.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn. You should possess strong problem-solving abilities, a commitment to workplace safety, and the initiative to identify and resolve issues before they impact production. Experience reading blueprints, working with fabrication equipment, and maintaining dimensional accuracy is highly valued. Candidates with welding experience; however, welding is not the primary focus of this role.
