Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance on injection molding production equipment;
Troubleshoot, repair, align, calibrate, inspect, and test production systems and equipment;
Set up assembly line equipment within established parameters and assist in installing new equipment;
Disassemble machines and parts and replace defective components;
Maintain maintenance and repair logs and train production team on proper equipment use
