Superior Rigging & Erecting is seeking an experienced Structural Steel Fabrication Shop Manager to own daily operations in our Atlanta fabrication shop. This is a true management role, overseeing welders, fitters, fabricators, and shop leads, with responsibility for production planning and on-time delivery.
You will recruit, onboard, and develop staff, review drawings and weld requirements, and coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, and Project Management to optimize workflows.
